The City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral met in Special Senaimi nt
the City Hall on July 13, 1965 at 5:15 P.M.
The Meeting pas called to Order by the Mayor and the roll was called by
the Clerk. Officials present were Mayor Richard Thurm; : Councilmen Frank
He -g, Jack Hurck, Martin rchrider, City ManaFcr: Joseph Rickards, City
Attorney: T. David Dims, City Clark: Donna J. Anderson and Sgt, at -Arms:

Mivor Thum gave 2nd &Final heading to the Ordinance and read the letter
of agreement from Mr. Goldberg. Wr. Hurck made a Potion to approve 2nd &
Final Reading. Fr. Hoog seconded the Motion. After discussion t"r. Moog with-
drew hie second, Mr. Hurck withdrew hie 11otion and then made a potion to
reconsider the vote by which the Item was tabled at the Special t•eoting of
July 7, 1965. Fr. Moog seconded the Motin and it carried unanimously. 1•r.
Hurck then made a Motion that the 2nd & Final Reading of the Ordinance be
npnroved. Mr. Hoog seconded the Motion.
Mr. Hurck then made a Motion to Amend the Amendment made on the First
Rending of the Ordinance at the Meeting of July 2, 1965, in Section 2 to read
"All Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed." Fr. Schrider
9-ended the lotion and it carried unanimously.
Tharc being no other business before the Courncil, the meeting, was
11,tr,urned on a Motion by Mr. Hoop.., seconded by Mr. ){urck and carried nu:anir..ously.
