"he City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida met In
"pedal 1rssion at 8:45 A.N. at the City Nall, 71,10 Astronaut Blvd.,
Cape Canaveral, Florida.
Mayor Thurm called the meeting to Crder and the roll was called
by the Clerk. Cfficlnls present were Iayor Richard Thurm, Counciin, -!: -
�barwein, Jack Nurek, Councilwoman Frances Jardeson, Council-
'-win ,u-ene Tnndreau, City attorney, T. David Darns, City Clerk
Donna J. Anderson and the Sgt. at Arms.
Mr. Nurck made ,a Motion that an Assistant City Attorney be
appointed. 1•r. Jandreau seconded the I-lotion and it carried unani-
mously.
pr. Nurck then made a botion that Irvin 11. Proppar be appointed
Assistant City Attorney, to serve in the absence of the City Attorney.
Mrs. Ja:rdeson seconded the Potion and it carried with Fir. Hurek,
Prs. .!amicson and Mrs. Jardreau voting in favor and Mr. rberwain

There tieing no other . business before the Council, the :Meeting
�aa adjourned on a lotion by ]Mrs. Jartdeson, seconded by 11r. Cberwein
and carried unanimously.
