PAY 25, 1965
The City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, met
in Special, session at 5too P.H. at the City. Hall, 7410 Astronaut
Blvd., Cape Canaveral, Florida.
Mayor Thum called the Meeting to Order and the roll was
called by the Clerk. Officials present were, Mayor Richard R.
Thum, Councilman. Wm. Eberwein, Jack Hurck, and Eugene Jandreau,
City Attorney- T. David Burns, City Clerk- .Donna J. Anderson,
Sergeant -at -Arms - Van Dailey.
Item 1. City Manager Ordinance (2nd and Final Readinnl
Mayor Thum gave second and final reading to "AN ORDINANCE
APPOINTING A,. CITY MANAGER; PROVIDING AN EFFECPIVR DATE.,- on
a Motion by Mr. Hurck, seconded by Hr. Jandreau, the Ordinance
was adopted with Mr. Hurck and Mr. Jandreau voting in favor and
Mr. Eberwein opposing.
Item 2. Friedman Addition
On a Motion by Hr. Hurck, seconded by Mr. Eberwein and
carried unanimously, the Friedman request for an addition to the
- u <J
Moon Hut was approved in accordance witWIans and specifications
as submitted.
There being no other business before the Council, the meeting
was adjourned on a Notion by Mr. Hurck, secocdod by Hr. Jandreau,
and carried unanimously.
