Atlantic Ave. Cape Canaveral, FL 32920-0326 Re: Review of Bill Young's Proposed Lot Split Dear David: D.Dickeygcityofcapecanaveral.org With regard to the Bill Young lot split, we have no problems with the survey or lot split provided the fire access issues are resolved. As mentioned in our pre -application meeting, however, there will be review questions on developing the property. These concerns include: 1. Proper drainage design, to minimize impacts on western property or any off site areas. 2. Sanitary sewer agreements if Bill Young's lift station is the only feed to the City system. 3. Fire protection easements which may include building sprinklers. 4. Specimen trees (if any). 5. Concurrency issues which are standard.
