This issue really hasn’t come up since I’ve been around – but all residences need a separate sewer hook-up. We’ve installed several sewer lines to the ROW lines over the years – but they have always been single lines to each residence. We have many duplexes in town that have sewer lines connected with a “Y”, but these have experienced blockage problems. This obviously effects the Bill Young issue.
