I was told several months ago that the requirements for a lot split were far less stringent than requirements for a subdivision. Is that still true?
Most of the information that I received from Ms. Kopp dealt with the requirements for a subdivision. Please clarify for me.
Although the plans that we submitted state "Young Subdivision", I can easily have the title changed to "Young Lot Split" if you want me to.
Also please provide me with the code that prohibits a tie-in to an existing utility line.
