HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Young Lot Split (3)Thanks. If you want to schedule a meeting with the Youngs they should schedule through you and you can just let me know when. I’m not sure what I need to do at this meeting. It is staff’s determination whether they need the easement area for public purposes and whether it provides appropriate access. For what other purpose is this meeting? [Description: Signature logo] Kimberly Romano Kopp, Esq., LEED AP Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D’Agresta Senior Attorney 111 N. Orange Ave., Suite 2000 P.O. I spoke to the Ms. Young this morning regarding the need to have the Marino’s sign the plat. She is going to have her husband (Bill) or their surveyor call you to work out the details as to the needed revisions. Wanted to give you a heads-up. Dave P.S. How do you want to have the Fire Marshall’s condition captured in the public record? As you recall, Johnny is saying that if the new home is sprinkled, his access concern is addressed. However, there needs to be some technique to attach this condition to a City approval. Can we add a note to the plat or something similar? Florida has a very broad public records law.
