Duree,
I’m sorry to keep bothering you with Holman Road issues but they keep manufacturing themselves.
Please note the attached photos taken today. What you see is a utility trailer with a tent and connection to electrical power which Bill Young has moved onto the Praetorius property.
It has been given the appearance of a camp site with cooking grill, chairs, clothes line, etc. A light is kept burning on the inside the trailer at night to give the appearance of a
camper tent that is occupied.
I have no idea what purpose it serves but it is doing two things. First it points to an abuse of the Marino’s restrictive easement; in that, the Young’s have opened another access point
for private use into the Marino’s driveway. Bill is using that opening as an alternative route for his ATV and this route runs beside the parked and stored trailer. I, of course, have
no way of knowing if Betty Praetorius or Bill Jones have any knowledge of this or if it is being done with her permission. Praetorius does not have any easement rights to the Marino’s
driveway and they cannot give permission for such access.
Secondly, I could not tell if this trailer had a license tag per Sect. 110-554 (a). One was not visible. Also, it appears to violate sections of Sect. 110-551, d. e and i.
The Young’s previously stored this trailer away from immediate sight. They have plenty of room on their property to do so. The Young’s have now make a visible opening and placed it adjacent
to the Marino’s driveway and at the entrance to their residence plus opened another access point to their driveway.
I apologize for raising what appears to be juvenile issues. However, I do not apologize for calling attention to conduct that violates community codes and standards. It should not be
tolerated as it only leads to an exception becoming the rule and being in turn accepted.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Charlie
