HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE DRC (6)David,
My concerns:
· Conforming with City Code as to subdivision regulations, paving, stormwater, etc.
· Access for public service vehicles (police, fire, sanitation).
· Ensuring there is enough water pressure in the area to support proper Fire protection of the existing and proposed structure.
Thanks,
Angie

Hello all. Please see below. If you don’t have any comments, please let me know so I can advise Mr. Young on the status of his request. Thanks. Dave

Folks – as you recall at last week’s DRC meeting we discussed the proposed lot split by Bill Young for property he owns off Holman Road. We discussed a number of issues that need to
be addressed. I would appreciate it if you would put any comments you have in writing and return to be by next Thursday. If you do have comments, please include options to address any
identified issues. I need to know where we stand on this request prior to moving this forward to the P&Z Board. Thanks.
