Subject: Refund for lot split
I am giving up on trying to get the lot split. This is the 2nd time
that we have tried and it
has been going on for over 5 yrs. The neighbors and their lawyer told
us that they would not stop us if we signed a deed restriction
agreement. That turned out to be a lie since they will not allow
utilities to cross over the easement. We are not doctors or lawyers and
cannot afford to fight a legal battle with the doctor and lawyer who
continue to interfere with our property rights.
I would like to have a refund of the money that is left from our latest
attempt. I would also appreciate a note in my file that states that the
utility issue was the only obstacle that stood in the way of the lot
split.
Thank you for your help.
