HomeMy WebLinkAboutWeekly Activity Report· Met with attorney for property owner regarding the proposed expansion of the A1A Economic Opportunity Overlay District. Staff provided background information related to the reason of the proposal as well as benefits to involved property owners. · Staff met to discuss a proposed lot split on property located at 405 Holman Road. Staff has met with the applicant and is researching the request to determine what, if any, issues will need to be addressed. A portion of Holman Road is unimproved and consists of 20 feet of right-of-way. · Met with Cape Shore Condo Association Board to discuss proposed construction of a fence and gate along So. Cape Shores Circle. The gate and fence would be constructed on property owned by Cape Shores. · Completed January 28, 2015 P&Z Board meeting agenda packet. Packet includes: o Special Exception 2015-01 for the development of a 4,673 square foot, retail convenience store that includes seven fueling islands under a detached canopy. The project includes 26 parking spaces including 1 handicap space. A 5-foot wide, concrete sidewalk is proposed along the northern property line. A 6-foot precast panel wall is proposed along the northern portion of the stormwater pond as part of the required buffer with adjacent residential uses. The proposed building in located on a 1.41 acre parcel, which has frontage on N. Atlantic Boulevard and South Cape Shore Drive. Florida has a very broad public records law.
