Atlantic Streetscape project. · Prepared required public notice for the January 28, 2015 Planning and Zoning Board meeting to consider Special Exception 2015-01. This request is for the construction of a proposed automotive service station at 6455 N. Atlantic Avenue that consists of a 4,673 square foot, retail convenience store including seven fueling islands. The Board of Adjustment will take final action on this request in February at a duly noticed public meeting. · Discussed Cape Caribe Developer’s Agreement with new owners and City Attorney to reflect proposed changes to the approved site plan. · Conducted Development Review Committee meeting to discuss: o Cape Canaveral RaceTrac Redevelopment, 8899 Astronaut Boulevard, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920 o City of Cape Canaveral Banana Park Pavilion, 901 Puerto Del Rio Drive, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920 o Young Subdivision, Sandra Butler Young, Trustee, 405 Holman Road, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920 Florida has a very broad public records law.
