Town of Littleton Littleton, NH Town Manager 2006-2007 ( Temporarily reassigned for Town Management based upon municipal law training and past management experience. ( Time of political turmoil involving closure of Opera House, temporary housing of police department, questionable actions of Police Chief, and citizens’ lawsuit against the Town. ( Police Chief was ‘retired’, additional Opera House funding for reconstruction was procured, new police facility was proposed (presently being built) and lawsuit was settled. ( Managed all aspects of Town government as per statutory authority; responsible for 50+ employees and all Town departments, including Police, Fire, Public Works, Transfer Station and Waste Water Treatment. ( Oversaw capital improvement project: Centrifuge installation at Waste Water Plant. Initiated revaluation of local hydroelectric facility resulting in increase of 100 million dollars to tax base. Town of Warren Warren, NH Town Administrator/Selectman 2002 to 2006  Executed daily operations of town municipal government, population 800 +/-.  Performed a variety of clerical and administrative duties required by municipal government and as statutorily dictated.  Given the small size of the town received an in depth experience into the nuts and bolts of operations of town business—planning, zoning, assessing, and Human Resources (to name a few).  Oversaw bridge reconstruction, Main Street reconstruction, and Transfer Station rebuild.  Oversaw and checked quality control of elected officials such as Town Clerk/Tax Collector; this lead to removal of said individual for fiscal improprieties, the first such removal in NH history. ( Additionally, served as elected official for 4 years as Selectmen. Town of Littleton Littleton NH Town Attorney/Prosecutor 2002 to 2006 Gathered and analyzed evidence in cases and reviewed pertinent decisions, policies, regulations and other legal matters pertaining to those cases. Conducted Administrative License proceedings in DWI cases. Conducted Administrative and Juvenile cases in Family Court for youthful offenders. Conducted prosecution in District Court proceedings on behalf of the Town and other satellite communities, in all criminal matters, ie. felonies, misdemeanors and violations. Initiated and concluded civil forfeiture hearings thru Federal intervention in drug seizure cases resulting in over 200,000 dollars of seizure revenues for the Police Department. Became part time certified officer with powers of arrest and participated in select operations usually specific to search and seizures. Grafton County Attorney Haverhill, NH Assistant County Attorney 2001-2002 ( Prosecuted felony level cases thru Superior Court proceedings. ( Drafted and replied to multiple motions on matters of procedures, evidence, and administrative rules. New Hampshire Farm Link Organizer/Director 2000 Organized and directed a 501c3 non-profit agency for purpose of farm /open space preservation. Wrote and produced bylaws and charter and received state incorporation and federal recognition for nonprofit status. Was instrumental and successfully lead the fight in preservation of the 1st dairy farm in NH history to seek bankruptcy protection; success was produced as a result of merging local, state, and federal officials into a coherent political force. Harbor City Ambulance Melbourne, FL Director Operations/Paramedic 1978 to 1986 ( Directed and coordinated personnel involved in the rescue, transportation and care of accident and catastrophe victims and others requiring emergency medical assistance.  Trained and managed 24 medics, while responsible for operating 6 stations and 12 ambulances in delivering emergency medical service to an area population of 180,000.  Directed mass casualty event, a condo construction accident with 12 fatalities and 40 wounded. ( Taught Paramedic classes as a solo instructor.
