Implementing Jasper County Government Campus plan, including renovation of historic courthouse, completion of landscaping, sidewalk and parking lot design and installation, and work with arborist to preserve significant trees on the property. Assistant Town Manager, Planning & Growth Management August 2007–January 2009 Town of Bluffton Bluffton, SC Led division in expansion from staff of ten to fourteen, Comprehensive Plan adoption and implementation, ongoing process and customer service improvements, enhancement of Economic Development and Affordable Housing program areas, expansion of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) program and regional coordination with school district, utilities, neighboring municipalities and counties. Assisted Town Manager in development of new ordinances, policy and procedures, and other special projects. Continued oversight of staff, budget, and current and long range planning initiatives.
