The Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral
was held at 330 Jackson Ave., on the 9th day of June, .1964 at St05 P.H.
Mayor Pro Tem Jandreau called the Meeting to Order. The City Clerk
called the roll and officials present weret Mayor Pro Tem Jandreau, Councilmen
F. L. Murphy, 111m.. Eberwein, John MoCarey - City Attorney, Donna J. Anderson -
City Clerk, Mief W. H. Wimberley - Sargent -At -Arms.
Mr. Murphy made a Motion to pass Item 1. (Certification of Election)
Mr. Eberwein seconded the Motion and it was passed unanimously.
Item 2. Appointment of Temporary Judge
On the recommendation of the City Attorney, Hr. Murphy made a Motion
that Carl Swanson be appointed to serve as Temporary Judge on Thursday, June 11,
1964. Mr. Eberwein seconded the Motion and it was passed unanimously.
On a Motion by Hr. Murphy, seconded by Hr. Eberwein . and passed unanimously,
the Meeting was adjourned.
Approved this the day of 1964.
