HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes 02-11-1964 Special• 0 MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING FOR PUBLIC HEARING February 11, 1964 The City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, met in Special Session at 700 P.H.. at 120 Jackson Ave., Cape Canaveral, Florida, to continue the Public Nearing on the Bulkhead Line. City Officials present were, Mayor Richard Thurm, councilment F. L. Murphy, Wm. Eberwein, Eugene Jandreau, T. David Burnes city attorney, Donna J. Anderson, City Clerk. The Meeting was called to Order by Mayor Thurm who read from the Minutes of the Special Meeting for Public Hearing of January 14, 19649 which date the Public Hearing was continued. The City Attorney stated that he had contacted the Board of Conservation and requested a study of the feasibility of the proposed Bulkhead Line and as the Board had not had the opportunity to make this study, suggested that the Public Hearing be continued in recess until the 10th of March, 1964. There being no objections or discussion, Mr. Jandreau made a Motion that the Special Meeting for Public Hearing be recessed until March 10, 1964 at 7:30 P.M., Hr. Phrphy seconded the Motion and the Meeting recessed on the unanimous vote of the Council. Minutes approved the __ day of 1964.
