first Item: Request for Variance in height of 106 feet which
was submitted by the :;ovn Inc.. This request was approved by the Federal
Aviation Agency and granted by the Zoning Board. After n general discussion
With the council, it was agreed by the council that the variance be granted
Providing a letter from I1.A.S.A. and Air Force was received stating that
they approve.
Second Item: Atlantic Electric Inc., requested a variance to
rerslt, them to setback 40 feet on the Southeast corner of ?!adison Avc. and
old C..R. 401. The Zoning Board recommended a change to the 75 present foot
setbncl: on old S.R. 401 to So feet setback, from h!onroc. Ave. to Washington
Ave., on the cast side of old S.R. 401. After a general discussion, lir.

to a 50 foot setback. Mr. Applegate and Kr. Anderson voted to reject the

change. It was agreed by the Council to let .Briley, Wild F Associates make
the decision.
Third Item: The Zoning Board proposed a change to lover the side
setbacks . on all lone 50 foot lots in Avon by Lilo Sea area, Cron S feet to f,
°act. A general discussion uas hold with the Council. It was agreed thst

2. A petition (152 signatures) was submitted to the Council requesting
that tite City Council issue a Stan .Order . to thaterials Service Inc., on the
construction of a Batch cement rinnt located on old S.R. 401, because of a
lack of compliance with the Ordinances and regulations of the City's Zoning
o' this rroperty. A general discussion ties held. Mr. Anderson made a'hntion
that the City issue an order to stop wort:. F!otion died due to a luck of n

City has a right to issue a Stop Order,, seconded by Mr. Anderson and .passed
