This request was approved by the Federal Aviation Agency and granted by the Zoning Board. After n general discussion With the council, it was agreed by the council that the variance be granted Providing a letter from I1.A.S.A. and Air Force was received stating that they approve. Second Item: Atlantic Electric Inc., requested a variance to rerslt, them to setback 40 feet on the Southeast corner of ?!adison Avc. and old C..R. 401. The Zoning Board recommended a change to the 75 present foot setbncl: on old S.R. 401 to So feet setback, from h!onroc. Ave. to Washington Ave., on the cast side of old S.R. 401.
