The ordinance may be inspected in its entirety in the City Clerk's office during business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday). ORDINANCE NO. 04-2007 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 110, ZONING, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; CLARIFYING THE INTENT OF THE R-1, R-2 AND R-3 RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS; DEFINING THE TERM "RESORT DWELLING;"DEFINING THE TERM "RESORT CONDOMINIUM;" PROVIDING FOR THE LOCATION AND REGULATION OF RESORT DWELLINGS AND CONDOMINIUMS UNDER CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN; AMENDING THE SUPPLEMENTAL ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS TO RESTATE THAT ANY RENTAL OF A DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE FOR A MINIMUM OF SEVEN (7) DAYS; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF PRIOR INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS; INCORPORATION INTO THE CODE; SEVERABILITY; AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
