The ordinance may be inspected in its entirety in the City Clerk's office during business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday). ORDINANCE NO. 01-2007 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 110, ZONING, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR A DEFINITION OF "LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM GAS;" REPEALING THE DEFINITION OF "FIRE DISTRICT;" REPEALING THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION FOR STORAGE OF LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM IN THE M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL AND RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; CREATING SECTION 110-485 TO LIMIT THE STORAGE OF LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM GAS FOR DISTRIBUTION PURPOSES TO 1000 GALLONS PER PARCEL OF LAND; MAKING CONFORMING AND MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF PRIOR INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS; INCORPORATION INTO THE CODE AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
