Members Present: John Datillo, Marianne Kulac-Taiani, Harvey Renshaw, Bill
Schmidt, Regina Mead, Connie Trautman, Nancy Hanson, Recreation Director
Members Absent: Bob Gorham
Bill Schmidt called the meeting to order at 5:05.
A motion to accept the minutes of the 9 October 2011 was made by John Datillo
and seconded by Regina Mead. Those present approved the minutes.
Nancy Hanson reviewed the Recreation Budget Report.
Nancy Hanson reviewed the Director's Report.
Election of officers was held.
Bill Schmidt made a motion that Harvey Renshaw continues as Chairman. John
Datillo seconded. The motion was carried unanimously.
Bill Schmidt nominated Bob Gorham to be Vice Chairman. John Datillo
seconded. The motion was carried unanimously,
Bill Schmidt made a motion that Mari. e Kulac-Taiani continues as Secretary.
John Datillo seconded. The motion was carried unanimously.
A motion was made by Harvey Renshaw that signs at beach crossroads be an item
on the agenda of January's meeting. Connie Trautman seconded. The motion
was c. *ed unanimously.
At 5:56 John Datillo proposed the meeting be adjourned. Regina Mead seconded.
All those present approved this motion.
