AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CAPE
CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORD-
DINANCE NO. 81-64, ARTICLE V1-
GENERAL PROVISIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
WITH REGARD TO SET BACK REQUIREMENTS;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Ordinance No. 81-64 known as the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, is
hereby amended in Article Vl, Paragraph 23, Page 33, sub-paragraph
A, Item 2, to read as follows :
Item 2. " A set back on the West side of Highway 401 from the
South City Boundry to the North Line of Section 26 shall be a
minimum of fifty (50) feet from the Highway right-of-way, and from
the North Line of Section 26 to the North City Boundry shall be a
minimum of seventy-five (75) feet from the Highway right-of-way;
all subject to the Street Locations as shown on the Proposed Master
Plan of the area Wiest of Highway 401, dated March 22, 1965."
SECTION 2. All Ordinances in conflict therewith ..i
are hereby_ .repeal=ed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall become:ffective
immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, on the / day of July, 1965.
