Subject: Special Exception Request 4 14-01
Mr. Dickey:
lamforRequest#14-01. I live in one of the condos directly behind
the business building 7077 N. Atlantic Ave in Cape Canaveral. I can
see no problem by granting the exception as long as they remove the
vehicles in the evening when they close shop. The building they are in
has been vacant for 6 years and I was so happy to see someone in there.
We have too many empty buildings around here and we need to promote
small businesses. Don't go back into time but go forward into
the future. Lets give these small businesses a chance.
