Due to business obligations, I am moving from Cape
Canaveral. I regret that I must resign as a member of the
Recreation Board.
It was an honor serving under you. You made it a pleasure
to volunteer for the City -- always treating me with dignity.
Cape Canaveral is a better city with the ethical standards you
have brought to city government.
