HomeMy WebLinkAboutCumberland Farms - Special Exception RequestMr. Greene – this afternoon I spoke with Mr. Philip Nohrr, with
Gray-Robinson, who is representing Cumberland Farms in their application
to construct a gas/convenience store at 6455 N. Atlantic Avenue. On
February 26, 2015, the Board of Adjustment denied the requested special
exception. Per Sec. 110-33 of the City Code, an aggrieved party has 10
calendar days from the final decision of the BOA – which is today.
According to Mr. Knorr, his client will not be appealing the denial. He
was appreciative of the City’s consideration of the request and
complimentary of staff’s handling of the case through a contentious
process. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this
