Attached please find a copy of the City of Cape Canaveral Board of
Adjustment’s denial of Special Exception 15-01 (An automotive service
station in the C-1 zoning category – 6455 N. Atlantic Avenue/Cumberland
Farms Convenience Store & Gas Station).
Per section 110-33(a) of the City Code, an aggrieved party may appeal
the final decision to the City Council by filing an appeal with the City
Manager within ten calendar days of the date of the final decision.
