HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Cape Canaveral Groundbreaking Invitee List (11)I just spoke with the Mayor and he has agreed to speak. I am preparing bullet points for him and will keep it between 5-10 minutes. Yes, I would send one to each of the City Council (5 total). Thanks. Thank you! I’m actually sending out the invites right now. I was wondering if I should send one to the Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem. Since time got away from us, we are just doing email invitations and I wasn’t sure if it would seem a little informal for them. It may have come up as an aside while he was at City Hall discussing other matters…but don’t think anything formal has occurred. If its ok with you, I will discuss it with him. I need to prepare some notes for him anyways. Thanks. Dave P.S. – have the invites gone out yet? Quick question – do you happen to know if the mayor is already confirmed to speak at next week’s groundbreaking event? I’m happy to reach out, just wanted to see if anyone else has already done so.
