It has been reviewed and there do not appear to be any major issues or hold-ups other than the lack of sewer and water at the rear of the property. They are pushing to get started. Dave and I have discussed this and I feel it would be proper to issue the site development permit as an “at-risk” permit, pending the May’s easement approvals. We anticipate having one of our superintendents and sitework contractor already mobilized and working on the site prior to our meeting.
