Meeting Request 10-2-14
David,
The Homewood Suites hotel has applied for a site development permit
(the horizontal work). It has been reviewed and there do not appear to
be any major issues or hold-ups other than the lack of sewer and water
at the rear of the property.
They are pushing to get started.
Dave and I have discussed this and I feel it would be proper to issue
the site development permit as an “at-risk” permit, pending the May’s
easement approvals.
We can’t authorize something we don’t have.
I will run it by Anthony.
Any thoughts?
Todd

Request 10-2-14
Todd –
Per our conversation, we would like to hold a pre-construction meeting
onsite next Thursday – October 9th at 10:00 am (edt).
We anticipate having one of our superintendents and sitework contractor
already mobilized and working on the site prior to our meeting.
Please let me know if there are any issues confirming this meeting.
Thanks
Mark
