I just spoke with the Mayor and he has agreed to speak. I am preparing
bullet points for him and will keep it between 5-10 minutes.

I’m actually sending out the invites right now. I was wondering if I
should send one to the Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem. Since time got away from
us, we are just doing email invitations and I wasn’t sure if it would
seem a little informal for them.

I’m not aware of him being approached. It may have come up as an aside
while he was at City Hall discussing other matters…but don’t think
anything formal has occurred.
