Susan – I am forwarding to you the Concurrency Application for the
proposed Sunbelt hotel at 9000 Astronaut. Over the next several
weeks/months you should be receiving documentation from the various
service providers of their commitment to serve the project. Once all of
the providers have responded, please forward the file to Gary for his

Please find attached the Sunbelt Concurrency Application and Traffic
Study that was prepared for our Hotel site.
Noel Droor, our Project Engineer emailed yesterday the applicable
sections from the Concurrency Application to the respective reviewing
departments / agencies for their completion.
The completed forms will be returned to the City upon receipt.
Also attached is the Traffic Study that we had our Traffic Consultant
prepare for the project.
Thanks and please give me a call with any questions / comments.
