Subject: DRC Meeting
Hello DRC. I have scheduled a DRC meeting for Wednesday, March 19th
at 2:00 pm to discuss the Sunbelt Cape Canaveral Hotel being proposed on
Astronaut Boulevard. We will meet at the Library Meeting Room. I have
placed a set of plans in your box at City Hall (Jeff/Lonnie, John, and
Paul/Dave). If you could please have any comments back to me by next
Friday, I will compile and get a memo out to the applicant and the DRC
members. The applicant and his civil engineer will be in attendance on
the 19th. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks. Dave
